Why the Court of Appeals Matters

The New Mexico Court of Appeals plays a vital role in reviewing lower court decisions and helping ensure that the law is applied consistently and correctly across the state.

Appellate decisions affect families, businesses, communities, and the development of legal precedent. New Mexico deserves judges who bring experience, discipline, and impartiality to that responsibility.

“Justice requires independence, fairness, and a commitment to the law above all else.”
